Overview

At Imaraline Furniture, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our office furniture. Please note that due to the nature of furniture logistics and assembly, goods once delivered and accepted in good condition cannot be returned.

Our policy regarding manufacturing defects is strictly limited to a 2 Day window from the time of delivery. If 48 hours have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a return, exchange, or repair under the defect warranty.

Manufacturing Defects

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must have a verifiable manufacturing defect. To complete your request, we require:

  • Original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Notification of the defect within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Photographic or video evidence of the reported defect.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior authorization from our Nakuru showroom.

Exemptions & Non-returnable Items

The following situations and items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly (if not assembled by our team), or normal wear and tear.
  • Custom-made or bespoke office furniture orders.
  • Change of mind after delivery and installation.
  • Furniture that has been moved from the original delivery location.

Refunds

Once your defect report is received and inspected by our technical team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim. If approved, Imaraline Furniture reserves the right to choose the most appropriate remedy: either a professional repair of the defect or a replacement of the specific part or item.

In the rare event that a monetary refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be considered for defect claims. Items purchased during clearance, “as-is” sales, or promotional events are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by the manufacturer. If you need to report an exchange-eligible defect, please contact our Nakuru office at  or sales@imaraline.co.ke within the 48-hour window.

Shipping Returns

To return your product for inspection (if authorized), you should bring it to our showroom in Nakuru at: Government Road, Nakuru CBD.

Depending on the nature of the defect, you may be responsible for the logistical costs of returning the item to our workshop. Original delivery costs are non-refundable.
